What if I need to cancel my booking?
Almost all of our offers are labelled as 'Free cancellation'. If you have booked one of these offers the cancellation rule applies as follows:
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before local pick-up time, you'll receive a full refund.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before local pick-up time / at the pick-up, you may receive a partial refund. The refund amount consists of the total amount paid minus the rental price for 3 days - if your car was booked for 3 days or less there will be no refund.
- If you cancel after your rental is due to start (or you just don't turn up) you'll receive no refund.
There will be no refunds for offers labeled as 'non-refundable'.
Tip: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund.
How do I cancel my booking?
The easiest way to do it is online - just sign in to your booking and cancel it.
Please make sure you're signed in on our website. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner to open the 'My account' menu, then select 'My bookings'. There, you can view your booking details and cancel it. Alternatively, you can open the booking view by clicking on the 'manage booking' button in your confirmation email.

How do I access my booking online?
Please make sure you're signed in on our website. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner to open the 'My account' menu, then select 'My bookings'. You will see all active, past and cancelled bookings. From here you can view your booking details, check the status, open your voucher or cancel active bookings.
Tip: Log in using the email you booked with and check the 'My bookings' section.
Need to make a change to your booking?
No problem! The easiest way to update your booking is to cancel the current one and make a new reservation.
To do this, make sure you're signed in on our website. Click the profile icon in the top right corner to open the 'My Account' menu, then go to 'My Bookings' to view and cancel your current booking.
Alternatively, you can open your booking directly via the 'Manage Booking' button in your confirmation email.
Once that's done, you're free to make a new reservation on our website in just a few clicks.
Tip: Change your rental details early to avoid availability issues or price increases.
